Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Guardian AI Reviews (the "Service"), operated by Melamu Tech Ventures. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.

1. Subscription Payments

Guardian AI Reviews offers monthly subscription plans billed in advance. All payments are processed securely by Paddle. Prices are listed on the pricing page and in your account dashboard.

2. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. To request a refund, contact us at support@guardianaireviews.co.za with your account details and we will process it promptly.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Free Trials

If you are on a free trial period, no payment is taken until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
